Shopping online made easy!

Shipwize makes shopping and shipping easy at a very affordable cost. Your Packages are picked up, cleared and delivered to you by our friendly and professional staff located in Kingston, Mandeville and St. Thomas. We also offer online purchasing services from most websites where we purchase items on your behalf.

MIAMI PICK UP SERVICES


At shipwize we will go the extra mile to meet your personal and business shipping needs. Customers who need items to be picked up either at stores or by relatives and friends in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas can have this done through our Miami pick up service, at an affordable cost. Prices are quoted on an individual basis* (minimum USD 65.00 cost levied by courier partners in Miami and not shipwize).

US SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS


At Shipwize, we make shopping online easy. As most online merchants do not ship directly to Jamaica, Shipwize facilitates your online shopping by providing you with a US billing address upon registration. This address may be used to add to your local bank card profile for merchant verification and therefore may also be used as your shipping address and alternate billing address.

ONLINE PURCHASING


For customers who enjoy the incredible convenience of shopping online we offer courier services to Jamaica. We facilitate online purchase for credit card/visa debit card holders either from the convenience of your home or office, or through the online shopping service offered within each of our locations. For those purchases that will not be honored using international cards; we will purchase items on your behalf at a minimal cost using our international credit cards*. (*international cards are cards not issued within the Country of purchase).

SOURCING


For customers who are either too busy, not holding a credit card or who are not entirely comfortable with online shopping, we source items on your behalf though our E-Shopping service. Simply identify the item you wish to have purchased, and we will purchase for you and have delivered in Jamaica hassle free.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE


Shipwize takes the hassle out of online shopping by offering full Customs clearance of packages upon arrival. We pay all customs duties and charges up front and include them in your final payment when the packages arrive at our offices. If your packages were not sent using Shipwize, not to worry. We offer clearance at a minimal cost. All you need to do is provide us with a letter of authorization and the relevant import documents.
(documents include airway bills, invoices , tax compliance certificates).

US CREDIT CARD


Our Credit card was issued in the U.S.A. This means that purchases will rarely if ever be cancelled or declined.
